Every season Stach chooses their favorite products. They experiment with new products in their own kitchen. They work with a mix of seasonal vegetables used in new, hip ingredients. They change their menu every season and are always on the hunt for new products or ingredients. 

Together with their local suppliers they are continuously working on challenging theirselfs in offering the most fun and delicious new dishes and products. But they also get inspired by other countries that are leading the way in their knowledge of food.

There is one criterium before products enter their stores: it needs to be delicous. Because STACH knows what is delicious!
